Clare is not afraid to push boundaries by exploring issues that run counter to dominant mainstream thought. Much of her work vacillates around the whiplash world of biotechnology, the domination of the environment, the historical invisibility or misrepresentation of Women’s art and the complexity of human/animal relationships.
